For this post, I decided to do something a little fun. I made a make-believe menu for my make-believe restaurant. I’ll never actually be good enough at cooking to become the real deal, but a girl can dream!
These are just some pairings that I though would be a good match — all for different reasons. For example, under the starters section of the menu, the light and fruity Cabernet Franc has the right amount of acidity to offset the fattiness of the paté (duck liver mousse).
